SharePoint Online and Touch

The Office 365/SharePoint Online blog, by Mark Kashman, announced something big and small at the same time. It seems SharePoint Online has been made ready for most of the browsers found on mobile devices. And this includes the tablets like the iPad and the Surface and the smaller screens like those found on SmartPhones.

What is good to know: this will be made available on Office 365 for Business Users in the coming weeks.

And not (yet) on-premises or Office 365 dedicated; perhaps this will be part of the Service Pack 1 for SharePoint 2013 on-premises that has been announced earlier today.
